Pat Koch, Partner and Real Estate Associate 
Pat Koch has been selling residential and investment Real Estate in the North San Diego County communities since 1990, Pat is a native to the local area and grew up in Oceanside. Pat is a member of the North San Diego Association of Realtors and Sandicor (the MLS.) Pat has the experience of working in “all  markets,” and the ability to adapt to each market as they change. Pat’s responsibilities within the team include prospecting for new business, following up with prospective, current and past clients, developing new business by going on meeting with owners of properties that are thinking of selling their home, and all potential buyers of listings that we have.  In addition, Pat meets with the sellers that we represent for follow-up during the marketing of their home.  Pat also presents all contracts written on the homes we represent and helps our sellers negotiate the best deal for them. It is also Pat’s job to follow up during the escrow period to insure all of the details are handled and that our sellers best interest is looked after. Pat takes great pride in having developed high quality customer service oriented systems, as well as an aggressive marketing plan that are  proven successes. 

Bernie Schmutzler, Partner and Real Estate Associate 
Bernie is an important part of the Team. He obtained his Real    Estate License in 2000 and has joined the North San Diego County Association of Realtors and Sandicor. Bernie also has become a notary and assists all clients with their disclosures, escrow  papers and loan documents. Bernie prospects for new buyer’s and seller‘s and is responsible for the complete operation of our office. Bernie mananges our web-sites, creates professional quality brochures and follows up with all details of listings and sellers in the escrow process. Bernie is responsible for the maintenance and marketing of all listings.  Once the property is listed; he insures that a professional yard sign is installed in a timely manner, submits the listing to the Multiple Listing Service and other web sites for Maximum exposure. He creates professional flyers that are placed in the home for showings and on the sign for for any one passing by. 

Felix Villagas, Real Estate Associate 

Felix has joined our team in November of 2007. He just obtained his Real Estate License in October of this year and has joined the North San Diego County Association of Realtors and Sandicor.  He was born and raised in the  united States. His parents however, are both of Mexican heritage and provided him the benefit of the being Bi-lingual. This provides him the great opportunity to serve our Spanish speaking community. His back ground comes from the customer service in the service industry. This provides Felix the opportunity to provide a great service to both Buyer’s and Seller’s

Melissa Cardial  

Melissa joined our team in December of 2007. She obtained her real Estate license  2003 and has been working as transaction coordinator up in Big Bear for the last 4 years.  As part of Melissas duities she communicates with agents and clients to insure the best possible service is provided during the listing and escrow process.  Melissa been professionally trained to handle the everyday problems that may come up and  follows up with all listings on a regular basis and checks back with agents that have shown the property for feedback. Melissa coordinates the entire escrow process from beginning to end. Her duties include but are not limited to:  coordinating all documentation, following up with the lender(s), title companies, escrow companies, appraisers and coordinating all inspections and anything else to ensure all requirements for the escrow are met and on time.
